Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.

Day 2

6:30-9:15 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel "Vitruv” restaurant.
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM: Full-day Berlin Walking tour; includes lunch with 1 glass of wine*, 1/2 btl.water, 1 coffee and an English-speaking guide. 

• 9:15 AM: Depart from the hotel.
• 9:30 AM-12:30 PM: See Berlin’s top sites, including Alexanderplatz, Unterden Linden, Brandenburg Gate, Hackescher Markt and more.
• 12:45-2:15 PM: Indulge a 3-course lunch with 1 glass of wine, 1/2 btl.water and 1 coffee per person at a local restaurant.
• 2:30-5:30 PM: Continue to Gendarmenmarkt and visit the Bebelplatz Christmas Market; includes 1 mug of Gluhwein (hot Wine Punch) per person.

The rest of the day at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 3

6:30-10:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel "Vitruv” restaurant.
The rest of the morning and afternoon at your leisure. Lunch is at your own expense.
7 PM: Farewell Dinner at the Berlin TV Tower; includes 3-course menu dinner, 1 beverage per person and admission ticket.

• 6:30 PM: Meet with your escort at the hotel lobby area.
• 6:45 PM: Walk to Berlin TV Tower; approximately 1 mile (1.4 kilometers) away.
• 7-7:30 PM: Tour the tower and see outstanding views from high above the city.
• 7:45 PM: 3-course farewell dinner with 1 beverage per person.
• 9:30 PM: Return to the hotel.

Day 4

6:30-10:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel "Vitruv” restaurant.
Check out of the hotel by noon.

Full-day tour of Berlin: 

• This activity involves extensive walking, some of which is outdoors. It is not recommended for guests with mobility issues and certain other health conditions. Please consult your physician prior to booking travel.
  
• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  
• We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and clothing on the tour, and bring along a hat and sunscreen, or an umbrella and warm clothing, depending on the season.

Berlin TV Tower:

• The Berlin TV Tower building is approximately 1 mile (1.4 km) from the hotel, a walk of about 20 minutes. Transportation is not included.
  
• Please note: Due to the existing structural condition of the building, and to ensure the safety of visitors in case of an evacuation, we cannot currently permit access to guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices (such as crutches, etc.).
  
• For safety purposes, guests must consent to a body and bag inspection prior to entry. Guests who do not comply will be denied entry.
  
• Access to the tower will be denied to visitors who bring food and beverages of any kind, animals (except guide dogs), baby carriages or strollers, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, trolley suitcases, suitcases or other oversize bags, or any other prohibited items.
  
• Prohibited items, including bottles, cans and other containers of liquid, as well as weapons or hazardous substances (such as pressurized gas containers, fireworks, etc.), will be confiscated and will not be returned. A claim for return or compensation is excluded.
  
• Smoking is not permitted in any area of the tower.
  
• Coats may be stored at no extra charge in the cloakroom in the lower foyer.

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 65 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 64 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than November 4 and are subject to a fee of up to US$50. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
